Getting Ready For Baby: A girls non-pink room.
The fun part about having baby#3 with a few years a part from the older two is the opportunity to put a nursery together, for who really says 'this will suck"! Sure it is work but it is sweet to put together a room for a wee one catered especially for them.
For part of our Getting Ready for Baby Series here is a visual of one of Erica's nursery ideas which include her favorite color, navy of course. Hey, I like navy, but this chick is nuts for it so we made the crib her favorite color and surrounded this piece with pops of her other favorite hues like lavender and yellow. The grey and ivory touches help balance and bring everything together.
Of course, when doing an inspiration board one can include a few out of budget items which is why it's first about determining what you want, then creating the look on your family's budget.
